Nature Natter gives you a chance to get outside into nature, feel better on the inside and improve your well-being.
The sessions involve a short walk, seasonal nature activities such as learning about of local trees/plants/animals, art activities, relaxation and mindfulness exercises and fire lighting and cooking . The activities are based on the groups interests and we are always open to new things to try . No experience necessary. Dress for the weather: wrap up warm and/or grab an umbrella or waterproof as we go out in all weathers.
For an informal chat or more info about the sessions call 0114 399 1070 and ask for Charlie (Health projects community worker). Or visit their booking page.
If the course is full you’ll have the chance to join their waiting list and they will contact you next time it runs.
