Sheffield OCD Support Group is a monthly peer led group which is supported by Rethink Mental Illness
The Sheffield OCD Support Group offers people affected by OCD, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and hording disorder the chance to come together in a relaxed and welcoming space.
The group meets once a month to share experiences, coping strategies and information, and to offer support and encouragement to each other. They never put pressure on anyone to share how they’re doing. They just offer the space for people to do so freely and without judgement, so our members feel less isolated and more supported. They have links with OCD Action, to help keep them up-to-date with additional help and support that’s available to their members, including events focusing on OCD.
When: Third Tuesday of each month between 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Where: Sheffield Cathedral (please book your place in advance)
New members are always welcome. There is a £5 fee and drinks and refreshments will be provided. Please email ahead of your attendance to [email protected].
