Springboard Social Café (Arbourthorne) provides a safe and positive place for people with low level mental health conditions to meet new people and get support on their journey to recovery.
If you are feeling lonley or isolated or your mental wellbeing is feeling a little wobbly. You can go to their social cafe to meet people and have some time away from the daily routine of life. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, make friends and socialise in a friendly atmosphere. You can discover fun packed sessions of arts and crafts activities, boards games, quizzes and more!
The Springboard Social Café (Arbourthorne) takes place:
Where: Arbourthorne Centre, 33a Edenhall Road, Sheffield S2 2LD
When: Every Thursday 11am – 1pm
Please note that you are welcome to just drop in, however they recommend you contact them prior to attending as things can be subject to changes or cancellation.
Please note: events may not be running on bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please double check with the organiser (before attending) if you are unsure.
