Key Information

- Adults (over 18)
ADHD Peer Support Group Sheffield is attended and run by adults who have ADHD or think they may have ADHD. Anyone who feels they meet this criteria is welcome to attend meetings. The group follows and embodies the NSUN Peer Support Charter. Please note they are not a service provider led group, they are run entirely by volunteers.
The group usually meets on the second Monday and the fourth Wednesday of each month. You can receive updates about when the next meeting is by joining their mailing list, which you can do by emailing them. They ask for people to email prior to coming to ensure they get updates of any changes.
Due to changes in venue availability, there is currently no in-person group. For now, some meetings are to be held online. To attend an online meeting, please email them for access details. While they aim to maintain the usual meeting schedule, dates are subject to change. To stay informed, please join the mailing list by emailing [email protected]
If there are any changes, they will do their best to notify all members on the mailing list, usually around 24 hours before the meeting or as soon as they are made aware.
The group also occasionally has friends or family of attendees joining sessions as well as guest professionals who work in areas relating to ADHD, neurodiversity and mental health.
