Adullam Homes provides accommodation for people who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues in the North and the Midlands. They work with private rental agencies, local authorities and other registered providers to meet the needs of the people they support.
Adullam offers a number of services, including:
- Housing and resettlement
- Independent living skills
- Access to education and training
- Employment skills
- Health and wellbeing initiatives
- Benefits advice
- Confidence building
- Emotional support
Service in Sheffield
In Sheffield they provide Adullam Foundations which is a floating support service for single adults with mental health issues who require support to access and/or maintain their accommodation.
They support people to access accommodation, maintain their tenancies and help improve other aspects of their lives for up to 12 months. You can self refer to this service or be referred by a housing officer or another professional such as a support worker. To receive a referral form, phone 0800 254 5248 or email [email protected]
