Andy’s Man Club is a national charity that provide free drop ins for men. The aim of the groups is to help men open up about their mental health problems and reducing stigma. There are local Sheffield groups.
Their drop in’s provide an opportunity to talk over refreshments, but if you don’t feel like talking you can just ‘be’.
Sheffield currently has 3 groups and you can find up to date information on their locations by searching here.
All groups run every Monday (except bank holidays) 7-9pm and are open to men over the age of 18.
Andy’s Man Club also meet in other locations across the country and you can search for these locations on their website.
If you can’t find a group near you and/or you want to join Andy’s Man Club online, please email them directly [email protected]
