At A Loss are a UK signposting website for those who are bereaved.
They provide a wide range of information and support, such as:
Bereavement services – a directory of services to help you through bereavement
Bereavement resources – a directory of resources to help you through bereavement
Recently bereaved – a guide to the first few weeks of grieving
Coronavirus bereavement – a guide to grieving through the pandemic
Griefchat
As well as providing a signposting service, At A Loss provide an online GriefChat service for anyone who is struggling between 9am-9pm Monday-Friday. In order to access GriefChat and speak to a bereavement counsellor click on the bottom right hand corner of their website.
Training
At a Loss provide Listening People training for supporting bereaved young people. The training and resources provide tools for teachers, youth workers, counsellors and anyone who works with young people to safely and confidently enable them to engage around the difficult topic of loss.
