The Beaumont Society is a national self help organisation run by and for the transgender community. They welcome all transgender people and their partners at any stage or point in their transition journey.
The Beaumont Society is a not for profit democratic organisation funded entirely by membership subscriptions and donations. Membership of the society includes a quarterly magazine and a members-only bulletin, as well as permitting access to the Members Area of the website. This contains discussion forums on a wide range of topics, details on events and venues around the UK, and access to BS publications.
There is also a lot of information on their website without needing to be a member.
The Beaumont Society operates a national 24/7 information line: Tel: 01582 412 220. This information line contains the telephone numbers of all the Beaumont Society’s regional organisers who are available to speak to for advice, support, and information.
