Care Opinion is an online resource where individuals can share their experience or give feedback about health and care services. This feedback can be positive or negative. Their aim is to help make healthcare services better for everyone.
Care Opinion is an independent organisation – they are not part of the NHS. If you share your experience, they will then publish your story anonymously (after moderation) on the website. The service is then able to respond to the author of the story if any learning or changes have been made in response to their feedback.
They ask that you post your experiences directly onto their website rather than emailing them.
All of the published stories are available on the website to read.
