Changing faces is a national charity that supports everyone with a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different.

They have a selection of online mental health resources for anyone with a visible difference. These include; how to manage anxiety and relaxation techniques, what is self care, how to create a self care plan, how can it help you cope & managing loss of identity.

They also offer a confidential support line for anyone over the age of 16 who has concerns about a visible difference, whether it relates to them, a friend or a family member. Anyone under 16 can ask their parent or guardian to call. The line is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday 0300 012 0275.
