Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) specialises in law and policy affecting children and young people. It provides free legal information, advice and representation to children, young people, their families, carers and professionals, as well as international consultancy on child law and children’s rights.
CCLC helps children and young people through advice lines, online information and individual case work. Areas of law they specialise in include:
- Family law
- Education law
- Immigration, asylum and nationality law
- Domestic abuse
- Child protection
- School admissions
Free fact sheets and how to guides covering all areas of child and family law are available from the websites. They ask that you only use the helplines if necessary and make use of their online resources first.
They also provide the Child Law Advice website and Law Stuff, which provides free legal advice to children and young people.
