Men Up North (MUN) is a local organisation providing talking and support groups for men. Their mission is to normalise honest conversations on male mental health and masculinity in the North of England.
Informal Meet-ups
MUN provide an informal space for men to get together and support each other and grow their community. The groups are small groups, open to new people and led by volunteers. They currently meet:
- On the first Wednesday of the month at 108 The Moor, 7-9pm
- On the third Wednesday of the month at 108 The Moor, 7-9pm
Men Up North Meetups are a safe space for men to have honest, open, non-judgmental discussions related to mental health. Please note, this is not group therapy.
MUN also offer:
- Regular allotment group and intermittent nature walks, cycling, foraging, bushcraft and mindful calligraphy sessions. (new activities are added based on the requests of the community)
- One off events
- Group coaching sessions
- Dads in Business
