Smokefree Sheffield provides a free citywide support service to help Sheffield smokers quit smoking. They provide advice, motivational and behavioural support. They can also provide information about and access to licensed stop smoking medications such as nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, varenicline (Champix). Smokefree Sheffield were previously known as Sheffield Stop Smoking Service.
They offer the following support:
- Face-to-face support at various locations around the city.
- Telephone support – 0114 553 6296 (from a landline) or 07833 048 200. Lines are open 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon – Fri; and 9am – 4:30pm on Sat.
- Online quitting tools
- Support for Young people aged 11-17
