Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.
Adult Support Group – Online
Adult Support Groups, run by trained volunteers, are an opportunity for adult siblings to meet and support each other. Groups are run by trained volunteer facilitators, who are siblings themselves. The facilitators are members of the group too, and they will give and receive peer support like anyone else. For more details about how the groups run, criteria for inclusion, and joining information please see their webpage.
