Sporting Memories is a national charity supporting adults over 50 in England and Wales by bringing them together to talk about and remember sport. Many of the people they support experience dementia, depression and loneliness. Their sessions are proven to help build cognitive resilience.

Using images of sport and memorabilia, older people are assisted to stay connected to their friends and communities, cognitively stimulated and physically active. Their groups are volunteer led and inter-generational.
