Student Wellbeing at Sheffield Hallam University offers support to students from self help options to speaking with a wellbeing practitioner. They do not offer crisis support, but will try to arrange an appointment quickly.
You can book an appointment with a Wellbeing Practitioner face-to-face, online or by phone.
You can access their online self-help resources.
Their wellbeing team organise events across the university and in the city.
They have a directory of wellbeing workshops and groups.
They also have information for friends and family.
Their Student Wellbeing phoneline is open:
9:00am – 12pm & 1pm – 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
11.00am – 12pm & 1pm – 5.00pm Wednesday.
Closed at weekends.
