Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord. They provide accommodation and/or support to homeless and vulnerable people in South Yorkshire.
Services in Sheffield
- Sheffield Complex Needs: They provide accommodation and support for vulnerable and homeless individuals, including those with complex needs.
- THRIVE: They provide a package of permanent accommodation and life-long support for vulnerable people, who have experienced lives characterised by adverse experiences, trauma and chaos.
- Asylum Services: They support individuals and families throughout their asylum process while finding them accommodation and helping them navigate their local communities.
- LIFT Project: They provide social care support to those who are experiencing mental health difficulties and/or those who have a learning difficulty.
- Volunteering and Mentoring opportunities.
