They offer a free helpline, ASK email service and an online chat function on their website.
The helpline is for anyone who is supporting a grieving child. Call 08088 020 021 Mon-Fri 8am-8pm.
Support
They also provide specialist bereavement support, including bereavement by accident or illness, suicide, homicide and the military. This also includes in-depth therapeutic support for bereaved children and young people in individual and group settings.
They offer detailed information and resources on their website for those who have lost someone through serious illness, suicide, homicide, military families and emergency service families.
Schools and Professionals
As well as providing training for those who work with bereaved children, young people and their families, Winston’s Wish also support schools who are supporting bereaved pupils.
