HOPE is a local charity for people who have suffered a bereavement through a fire, road traffic collision or drowning. They act as a peer support group for anyone who has been bereaved in this way or has witnessed a traumatic incident, no matter your age or when the experience of trauma occurred.
Should you wish to access the peer support group please call them on 0114 227 0105 or send them an e-mail to: [email protected] where they will respond to you within 24-48 hours. HOPE will be able to tell you where the nearest peer support group meeting is as well.
Meetings in Sheffield take place between 6.30pm – 8.30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be always be available and all are welcome to attend.
Please note: events may not be running on bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please double check with the organiser (before attending) if you are unsure.
