No Panic Sheffield run a support group based on CBT techniques and peer support. The groups aim to help people find ways of managing their anxiety and to recover from social anxiety, panic attacks, general anxiety disorder (GAD), OCD, phobias, agoraphobia and PTSD. Those with depression and low mood are also welcome to come. Family members and carers can also attend.
The group is run by trained volunteer facilitators.
The Wednesday group meets fortnightly from 6.30pm – 8.30pm at Sheffield Flourish, 4 Windrush Way, Sheffield S3 8JU. You can attend in-person or join the group online via Zoom.

The group is free (a small donation is welcome to help cover running costs of renting a room).
Please note: events may not be running on bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please double check with the organiser (before attending) if you are unsure.
